Think big, get creative and do your homework. Brainstorm some design concepts with your friends and fam. With a bit of thought and a lot of hard work, an awesome villa and smart investment need not be an expensive one. If you bought early in the hills above Jimbarin in Bali in the 90's you'd be laughing now.
You're free to subdivide with very little building restrictions so building 2 villas and selling 1 to recoup (or partially recoup) costs is an option. Sub-letting is an option. 70's split level condo with wooden paneling, mood lighting and retractable remote controlled James Bond rooftop for star gazing is an option (jetpack is extra). Its totally up to you, as long as its residential, in harmony with the community and doesn’t impede on your neighbors view.
Its your project, not ours, but we can help and want to help with anything from sourcing architects and local builders to project managing and infrastructure. Once built we can help maintain and manage the property, renting or even selling it for you (we hope you don’t sell by the way).
